It's a good thing I'm not a big fan of Christmas, because mine is pretty much ruined. My apartment is being sprayed for bedbugs 3 times on Dec 21, Jan 4, and Jan 18. So for the next month I'll be living with most of my belongings packed up and sleeping on the floor. And figuring out what to do with my cat has been a big pain. And to top it off I have to work Christmas Eve and Boxing Day despite reqesting Christmas Eve and Christmas off. Apparently being one of the most tenured reps in the place means nothing. On a more positive note, I'm finished my first semester back at college with 2 A's and a B+.

Well, I replied and then decided to check out your blog. Hmmm, you don't like Christmas. Damn. Okay, this means that you won't accept my invitation.
Okay, I read that you're looking for job opportunities. On ALTA's website you will find what you've already guessed is available: jobs requiring a two year diploma as credentials or years of experience. However, volunteer at a library first or at whatever advertised institution or business. Actually, I've found out that Edmonton's archives are looking for volunteer cataloguers, etc. I'm going to volunteer over there as a starting place for experience. Check this place out too.
Hmmm, I've read that you work full time. So this means that you can't volunteer. Well, consider what I told you. :)
